Remember those background screening forms that you have to fill out every year?  NO MORE FILLING THOSE OUT ON PAPER!!! Minnesota hockey is requiring all Managers,Locker room monitors, Coaches and board members to go online and fill it out electronically. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE THE SEASON/TRYOUTS BEGIN.  EVEN IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT A SCREENING FORM IN THE PAST IT NEEDS TO BE DONE EVERY YEAR.  Please follow directions below. Log in, or create log in (If you register your kids with EHA, you can use the same username and password you use to register them just be sure and add yourself, do not click on your kidsnames).

*If you do not have a account click on the right that says sign up for account today and besure and write down your username and password as you will use that next year when you need to do the same thing.
*If you get a message saying you already have an account but do not remember the username and password click on the links on the login page that says forgot username/forgot password. You must get the username first.

Follow through all of the forms and submit. WHEN PUTTING IN OUR ASSOCAITION BE SURE AND TYPE IN THE FULL NAME Edina NOT EHA AND THE DISTRICT IS 6.
