LATE REGISTRATIONS received after September 8 are subject to a $25 late fee, with the exception of U19 and Junior Gold players who are trying out for the High School teams.

If you wish to register late, please print a registration form (found under the "Forms" button), print the sheet, and return it with a check payable to the "EHA" in the appropriate amount (registration fee listed in the chart below, plus $25.00).  Forms should be mailed or delivered to Jackie Johnson, 5916 View Lane, Edina, MN 55436.  Email contact is: jjohnson@freshcolorpress.com .  No late registrations will be accepted after the first tryout session for the given level, with the exception of Boys' Mites, who may register through the end of the calendar year.

Goalie Registration:  Due to a decrease in the number of goalies, the EHA has decided to reduce the registration fee for goalies by 50%.  Goalies should register as normal at the full fee (due to technical limitations) and the EHA will issue a credit or refund check to those families for the amount of the discount.

Special Note For Girls Mites:

In the past we have registered Girls Mites as "upper" and "lower."  Given the growth in our program, we will register Girls Mites separately by years/levels "K-1", "2" and "3", corresponding to grades K-1, 2 and 3.  There may be some movement between levels based on numbers and unique player skill level and development needs.  These determinations will be made after the Girls Mite Grading Sessions.

FINAL LATE REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE  - Registration closes for all skaters above Mites as announced each year by the Board of Directors.  However, additional skaters will be permitted to register at the discretion of the Board of Directors through the start of grading for the appropriate level of play, assuming that the additional skaters do not cause team sizes to increase beyond appropriate levels or create other issues.  Mites and Termites may register until 1/1/08 (at full registrations costs), unless there is insufficient practice Ice or coaches cannot be found for the additional skaters.

ALL REGISTRATION TAKES PLACE ONLINE OR AT IN-PERSON REGISTRATION.  Edina City Hall does not accept EHA registration.

REFUND POLICY – Cancellation requests received during the first 30 days following Registration will be refunded; however a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.  There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received thrity or more days after Registration.  In the event of a season ending injury a refund may be made by the Board of Directors.  The Registration refund, if any, will be based on several factors such as the date of injury and the fixed cost incurred by the Association on behalf of the player.

EHA INJURY POLICY (per guidebook) – Any player unable to participate in Tryouts due to injury or illness will be evaluated based on their prior year performance and coaches’ recommendation to determined team placement.
