Each parent will need to complete the following forms and turn into your team manager.

Manager & Locker Room Monitors

Minnesota hockey is requiring all Managers,Locker room monitors, Coaches and board members to go online and fill it out electronically.    

USA Hockey Registration needs to be done first:
Coaches need to click on Coach one, Managers and Locker Room Monitors click on other Positions/volunteers.
 
Background screening needs to be done every 2 years.
 
Safe Sport needs to be done every year, if you did the initial core safe sport training the previuos year you will just need the refresher course each year after.

Stay Connected

Edina Hockey Association uses SportsEngine. If you haven't created an account already, you'll need to do that to register your son or daughter. You'll use the same account to log in to the SportsEngine mobile app to view your team schedules and message with your coach and other team member families.
