Boys to the rink 45 minutes before the game | 5-10 min pregame chalk talk 

For every scrimmage | game the boys need:

• Mouth guard

• Neck guard

• Sharp skates

• Something to stick handle with (biscuit, hockey, golf or tennis balls)
